I am an officer in one of the elite units of the Indian Army, and my life has been shaped by the values of discipline, endurance and resilience. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in some of the toughest terrains and most extreme conditions.
These experiences have taught me that fitness is not just about a strong body – it’s about a battle-ready mindset that allows you to perform under pressure, overcome challenges and stay consistent even when the odds are against you.
